Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. Most items are final sale once shipped, but if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, no need to ship anything back.

Wrong size or doesn't fit? Email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll offer an exchange or store credit where possible (see exclusions below).

Final sale items: For hygiene reasons, all intimate apparel (including The Bridal Trousseau Thong and The Wedding Night Lace Set) is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange for reasons of size or preference. Damaged/defective/incorrect items are still covered by the policy above.

Change of mind: You can cancel or modify your order for up to 24 hours after it has been placed. After that, we're unable to cancel or modify it.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
