Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll walk you through the next steps.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund at no charge. For all other returns, you're responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds process within 5-7 business days.
