Shipping policy

Most of our products ship from our US warehouse; a small and growing number ship from an international warehouse. Check the "Ships from" note on each product page to see which applies before you buy.

US-warehouse orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery in 3-8 business days after that. International-warehouse orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, with delivery in 7-15 business days after that, depending on destination and customs processing.

Standard Shipping is free on ALL orders. Express Shipping (US Only) ships for a flat $10 fee.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your local customs authority upon arrival. These are separate from shipping cost, are outside our control, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Delays

Delivery estimates are based on typical carrier performance and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, high demand, or carrier issues beyond our control. If your order is running significantly behind the estimated window, please contact us at contact@brightcrateco.com and we'll help track it down.
