Very good, the microneedles are felt without causing pain. Considering the transportation, the box arrived slightly crushed, but it does not affect the product. However, if it were for a gift, it would have been a problem.
Not sure yet about the effect but bit arrived quickly, is not painful to use.
I am using once a week for the past 2 weeks.
Thought the product was really great. Enjoyed using it
